14-day returns
You can return any item within 14 days of delivery, for any reason. For customers in the European Union and the United Kingdom, this also covers your statutory right of withdrawal: you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason.
How to return an item
- Email us at support@rebloxe.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and the item(s) you want to return. You can also use the contact form. EU customers may use the model withdrawal form below, but it isn't required.
- We'll reply with free return instructions.
- Send the item back within 14 days of telling us you want to return it, in the condition you received it, with all included parts, minifigures, instructions and packaging.
Return shipping costs
Returns are free. REBLOXE covers the return shipping cost for every return made within the 14-day return period.
Refunds
Once we receive and check the returned item, we refund you within 14 days using the original payment method. The refund includes the original standard shipping cost when the whole order is returned. We may reduce the refund if the item has been handled beyond what's needed to check its condition, or if parts are missing compared with the condition it was sent in.
Damaged, defective or not as described
If your order arrives damaged, has missing items, or doesn't match the condition stated on the listing, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos. We'll offer a replacement where available or a full refund, including shipping costs.
Your statutory rights
This policy doesn't affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer law, including the legal guarantee of conformity that applies to consumers in the European Union.

To REBLOXE (support@rebloxe.com): I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the sale of the following goods: [item], ordered on [date] / received on [date]. Name: [your name]. Address: [your address]. Date: [date]. Signature (only if this form is sent on paper).
