2. Scope

These terms apply to every order placed on this website. By placing an order, you accept these terms. They don't limit any rights you have as a consumer under the mandatory law of your country of residence.

3. Products

We sell pre-owned LEGO® and COBI products. Each listing states the item's condition (Like New, Imperfect Box or Used) and what's included. Photos and descriptions are as accurate as possible. We are an independent reseller and are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by the LEGO Group. LEGO® is a trademark of the LEGO Group.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the website. The full price, including applicable taxes and shipping costs, is shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken when you place your order, using the payment methods offered at checkout. We may correct obvious pricing errors. If this happens, we'll contact you before shipping and you can cancel for a full refund.

5. Orders

Your order is a request to buy. The contract is formed when we confirm your order by email. If an item turns out to be unavailable, we'll tell you and refund any amount paid in full.

6. Delivery

7. Returns and right of withdrawal

You can return items within 14 days of delivery as described in our Return & Refund Policy, which also explains the statutory right of withdrawal for EU and UK consumers.

8. Legal guarantee

Products are covered by the legal guarantees that apply under the consumer law of your country, including, for EU consumers, the legal guarantee of conformity. Because items are pre-owned, normal signs of previous use that match the condition stated on the listing aren't considered a defect.

9. Product safety

Building sets contain small parts and aren't suitable for children under 3 years. Manufacturer and safety information is shown on each product page.

10. Liability

We're responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability where that would be unlawful.

11. Privacy

We process your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Disputes

If you have a problem, contact us first at support@rebloxe.com and we'll try to resolve it. Consumers keep the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of their country of residence and may bring a claim before the courts of that country.
