All orders ship from the United States.

The countries we currently ship to are the ones you can select at checkout. If your country isn't available, contact us.

Shipping costs and delivery times

Shipping costs and the estimated delivery time for your address are shown at checkout before you pay. The total you see at checkout is the total you pay to us.

Order processing

Orders are prepared and shipped after payment is confirmed. You'll receive a shipping confirmation by email, with tracking information when the carrier provides it.

Customs, duties and taxes

Duties and import taxes are included (DDP – Delivered Duty Paid). For orders delivered outside the United States, REBLOXE pays any import duties and taxes: you will not be asked to pay anything extra on delivery.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery time, or arrives damaged, email us at support@rebloxe.com with your order number. We'll investigate with the carrier and send a replacement or issue a refund if the parcel is lost or damaged in transit.

Incorrect address

Please check your shipping address before you pay. If you notice a mistake, contact us right away. We can update the address only before the order ships.
