Long before the Technic supercars, LEGO® designed a series of large, detailed vehicles for adult builders under the Creator Expert and Icons names.
The classics
- Volkswagen T1 Camper Van 10220: pop-up roof, tiny kitchen and retro details.
- Mini Cooper 10242: a British icon with a picnic set.
- Ford Mustang 10265: customisable with optional parts.
- Porsche 911 Turbo & Targa 10295: builds either version.
- Pickup Truck 10290: with a farmers'-market theme.
Display ideas
- Build a "garage" shelf with the cars side by side.
- Pair them with modular buildings: they're designed at a similar scale.
- Use small LED lights to highlight interiors.
Many of these cars are retired, so refurbished copies are the main way to get them now.
